Janina's yummy cake with the Easter Bunny (or the Energizing Bunny, as Joe & Janina calls Sarah! ...guess why?!?)
Our Italian-American-Argentinian-Ecuadorean-Polish Family was able to gather together again!!! We had a beautiful, heart-warming & belly-filling pot-luck at our place on Easter evening.

and all the great desserts!
There was sooo much good food and sooo many good people, that it's hard to list everything and everybody... so I'll just post some happy faces pictures for you to see. :o)
So. Here we go again. The Minnesoootans came to town and we... WENT S N O W M O B I L I N G!!!! And, yes, skiing as well. :o) Zach, Melanie, Justin & Benji
First they went without me to Red & White, right away on Monday. :o( Yep. I had to work. At least they had another good girl (Mel) with them, who was hopefully holding up the Cool Chicks Flag! :o)
But then on Tuesday... MAN - OH - MAN! We had such a great time!!!
Zach, Justin, Sarah-Tsunamy, Simone-Pierino (also Italian), Chris-Ratz and Benji-Big Brother Ratz had all of the Flat Tops pretty much to themselves. I don't remember seeing anybody else out there. Just some people in a private airplane flying super low on our heads, at a certain point. Nope. Sorry. Didn't make it to take a pic. It was just too cool to look at all the sledders in the Flat Tops' environment and this dude flying above their heads! Lemme tell ya: It was suppper-duppper cool!!!

Fun day today. Sarah, Tom, Todd and Cheryl and their kids Stone and Caleb. 5 snowmobiles. We started out the day with lots of snow and cloudy skies. Then we stopped to make a fire and build a snow shelter. Last week Sarah got lost on a hut trip with some of her girl friends and she wanted to learn how to build a snow cave. It was a lot of work but plenty of fun. Sarah hit a tree (barely) and was able to use her new saw. Very exciting.
On the way out, Cheryl and Stone roll the sled. One of three rolls of the day.
